Sessions will be tailored to your exercise likes and dislikes.
My approach is different to other trainers in that sessions are designed to be fun but also effective. Getting clients to enjoy sessions is very important to me, if they enjoy it they are more likely to reach their goals.
If you choose Outdoor or Home training I will provide dumbells, kettlebells, resistance bands etc for the training session.
Sessions are £30 for Outdoor/ Home training. You'll need to pay an additional £5 to use our studio in Herne Hill, or if you have guest passes to your gym we could use that as it would work out cheaper for you. Remember if you get a PT in a gym you'll likely pay £50 minimum and most of that will go to the gym and not to the trainer or they'll be paying extortionate rent!!
I'm always hungry for as much information on different training methods as possible. Not a day goes by when I'm not reading about new training techniques. You've got to be passionate about what you do.

About me: I have lived in Herne Hill for 8 years and am always glad to be part of the local community. A psychologists by trade, I currently work for a disability charity, producing their publications, content and website. A few years ago I got dragged along to a zumba class by my friend who thought I should try it out when i was going through a particularly gloomy winter. I caught the bug right when I realised just how un-bad I felt for the week afterwards. I have been an avid zumba student, ever since and for the past 6 years. In August 2016 I passed my training to become a qualified Zumba instructor. Coming from a classical ballet background I try to reject restrictive exercise rules for the sake of feeling at ease and not taking yourself seriously, and I encourage my instructees to release tension, as well as jump around as much or as little as they wish. My aim is to make people smile and give them a sense of well-being.
